How ordering works

Four steps

1. Add to cart

Browse by craft or search, pick a size where a piece comes in more than one, and add it to your cart. The cart stays in your browser until you check out.

2. Check out

Enter your delivery details. The checkout shows the final total before you pay.

3. Pay securely

Payment is handled by Razorpay: UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. Your card details go to Razorpay, never to this site.

Prices can be shown and paid in Indian rupees or US dollars — switch with the ₹ / $ selector at the top of the page. Dollar prices are converted from rupees at the day’s exchange rate, so they can move a little from one day to the next.

4. We pack and ship

Each piece is wrapped and boxed for the journey, and we message you with the dispatch details once it is on its way.

Questions we get asked

Can I order without paying online?

Yes. From your cart, choose “Order on WhatsApp instead” — your list arrives with us already written out, and we take it from there.

Do you ship outside India?

Yes — switch to US dollars and check out as usual. Tell us in the order note if you need it by a particular date.

Can I order in bulk or for an event?

Yes. For wholesale quantities, wedding and corporate gifting, see custom orders or message us, and we will quote.

What if a piece arrives damaged?

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the opening, and we will replace or refund it. The details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy; delivery times are in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Can I see a piece before buying?

Ask and we will send more photographs of the exact piece.
