This policy explains what information Shilp Craft, a proprietorship of Punam Pandey (“we”) collects through shilp-crafter.com, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, any note you add, and what you ordered.
- Payment: payments are made through Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on Razorpay’s own payment window and never reach us; we receive only a confirmation and a payment reference.
- In your browser: your cart, saved pieces, chosen currency and delivery details (to fill them in next time) are stored in your own browser, not on our server. You can clear them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
- Technical: like any website, our server sees your IP address with each request; we use it only to keep the site secure and to stop abuse of the checkout.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information.
Why we use it
- To process, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
- To handle cancellations, replacements and refunds.
- To keep the records that tax and accounting law require.
Who we share it with
- Razorpay, to take your payment.
- The courier delivering your order: your name, phone number and address.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or, where the law allows, delete it.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and order records are kept on our server with access restricted to us.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with its date.
