Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery charges

Delivery is free - across India, and to addresses abroad. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for the piece delivered to you.

How long it takes

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 7 working days of payment.
• Within India, delivery takes 7–14 working days from the order.
• Abroad, delivery takes 15–30 working days from the order, depending on the country and its customs.

Festivals, public holidays and courier delays can occasionally add a few days; we will tell you if your order is affected.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched we send the courier and tracking number to the phone number or email you gave at checkout.

Packing

Each piece is wrapped and boxed individually for the journey. If a parcel arrives damaged, see the Refund & Cancellation Policy - report it within 48 hours with photos or a video of the opening.

International orders

Prices for delivery abroad are shown and charged in US dollars. Any import duty or tax charged by the destination country is set by that country’s customs and is payable by the recipient.

Address

Please check the delivery address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody could be reached, we will contact you to arrange delivery again.
